Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nam.

2. Your content

You own the content you add to your profile. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to operate your card, including making it publicly viewable at your profile link once it is active. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Link to malware, phishing, or other harmful destinations.
• Scrape, probe, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Activation and subscription

A new account is created inactive. Your public card goes live when your account is activated by us, for example after you order and pay for a physical card. Activation runs for a set period. If it lapses, your card may show a notice that it has expired, and we may make it unavailable.

5. Physical cards and orders

Orders are confirmed with our team, who will agree the price, design, and delivery details with you before payment. Delivery times are estimates. Contact us if there is a problem with an order.

6. Availability

We work to keep Nam available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Nam is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using Nam and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
